Bridging the Gap

Our Purpose

Urban Home2School Network is a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between home, school, and community. We connect families with the resources, relationships, and support needed to help every student thrive academically and socially. Our approach is hands-on, and we are committed to working towards a brighter future for all. Our visual direction embraces vibrant colors, images of engaged families, and bold typography that symbolizes unity and purpose.

Mission

Our mission is to empower students and families by providing the necessary tools and support to excel in both academic and social spheres. Through our programs and collaborative efforts, we aim to create a sense of belonging and empowerment within the urban communities we serve. Join us in building a stronger, more connected network of support for our students.

We are committed to promoting educational equity, fostering a sense of community, and embracing diversity in all our initiatives. By engaging with families, educators, and community leaders, we strive to amplify diverse voices and create impactful solutions that address the educational and social needs of our urban students.
