Bridging Futures

Connecting families, schools, and communities to ensure every student succeeds.

Urban Home2School Network is a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between home, school, and community. We connect families with the resources, relationships, and support needed to help every student thrive academically and socially.

1

Home Visit Outreach

Building Trust, Strengthening Families

We provide personalized home visits to build relationships with families and understand the unique needs of each student. During visits, our staff and volunteers offer support, share school updates, connect families to resources, and work together to remove barriers affecting attendance and engagement.

2

Attendance Support & Coaching

Helping Students Show Up and Succeed

Consistent attendance is the foundation for academic success. Our Attendance Coaches work directly with students and their families to create individualized plans that support daily school attendance and improve educational outcomes.
